diet

my wieght today is 131 - Monday it was 134 - I'm doing the Atkins diet

plus I'm walking around a park during school hours 3 or 4 laps with each lap being 7/10ths of a mile. 

I have switch over to the diet cokes with splendia - that seems to help the other diet drinks made me very hungry. 

tonight boys have a skating party so keeping away from the carbs there is going to be hard.  It is with my church & they understand my boys pretty good.  I just hope the rink doesn't turn on the strobe(sp?) light

I think my hair is finally getting long

hmmm

it is kinda neat to see how many people read this & don't comment (at least the other 2 have had people reading).  Saturday I was reminded that there a baby shower on Sunday so I spent the day sewing a couple of light baby wraps with matching diaper shirts & booties - why are baby things so much fun to make??  sorry I didn't take a pic of them but I thought they turned out cute.

Sunday I think I spent 4 hours rewinding VCR tapes - I'm so happy to be getting DVD's just so I don't have to rewind them.  If only boys wouldn't put fingerprints on them. 

Today I just cleaned the house & did laundry - like 8 loads of laundry yuky but hey it is done.

I also decided to get back on the Aktins diet - it worked for me before.  I have been holding at 135 without trying to do anything but my walks on the school day mornings.  I also want to start lifting wieghts & going heavy(for me) on them.  I think it will help to build up my muscle before I get too old
